1. Shift Click

Quickly extract and share images from existing websites. Just hold ‘shift’ and click the desired image to get instant access to a shareable link to the image, its resolution, color palette, and file type. Best of all, you can grab background images without ever having to dig through the inspector tool again.

2. WhatFont

Click once to see a site’s font and styling attributes including style, weight, size, line-height, and color. This is a classic Chrome Extension that should be in every designer’s toolbox.

3. OneTab

Reduce the amount of memory used by condensing your open tabs into a tidy list. OneTab is perfect if you tend to keep a dozen tabs open at a time and have trouble sifting through them all to find the one you’re looking for.

4. Dropmark

Curate mood boards, collect inspiration and share your findings with teammates. All you have to do is drag the URL (to save an entire site) or an asset (to save an individual item) into the Dropmark logo. You now have access to these items in your personal folder or you can share it with your teammates to have a collaborative, growing list of inspiration.

5. Muzli

Design inspiration from your favorite sites compiled into one updating grid curated by the InVision team. You can customize your feed to hide or show specific publishers and edit it to your liking. Pro Tip: Muzli automatically turns into your homepage—you can easily turn this off in the settings tab on the extension’s page.

6. Awesome Screenshot

Save screenshots of entire pages or specific segments of a site. You can also record up to 30 seconds of your screen for free and upload directly to YouTube or Google Drive.

7. Spectrum

Test the accessibility of sites by simulating different forms of Color Vision Deficiency. Almost 9% of the world’s current population is color blind and this is a great way to see if your designs are not ideal for imperfect scenarios.
