<h4>Why do I like these apps.</h4>
Today I’m going to analyse 4 app-designs I like, explaining why do they look good to my eye. To choose those I went to dribble and picked some screenshots. Let’s check those through the principles of visual design.

<h4><a href="https://dribbble.com/johnyvino">1. Johny Vino</a></h4>
Mainly I like this interface because of its amount of the white space. It breathes so well. I really like this kind of minimal designs.

Also it looks nice because of it alignment and repetition. The order and organisation is clear, and it’s very easy to read. The use of contrast makes the grey text outstand over the white background. It’s coherent and harmonic due to its clear and minimal style, colours and sizes.
<h4><a href="https://dribbble.com/jakrugly">2. Jacek Krugły</a></h4>
This one catches my attention because of its colour-palette. A blue background with white font and bright green button. It’s minimal and simple.

The space in between the logo and the text makes it look light, even when you use a strong blue colour like this one. Also the contrast is obvious. I like the way the text is aligned and the way Jacek builds the hierarchy, using different kinds of weights.
<h4><a href="https://dribbble.com/fbwlm">3. Fabio Muniz</a></h4>
Fabio creates a lot of very nice layouts. This one looks great to me cause this is a 2 shades colour palette. He uses greys and the shades of orange. As you can see, the layout has a clear background, there are many fields and details, but it doesn’t overwhelm you. Some fields are highlighted in orange, so the hierarchy is clear. All of it is a great harmony solution.

The screenshot with the users’ profiles shows the little subtitle difference between the background colour and the profile-field colour. I really like how the proximity works here. Also, everything is very well aligned.
<h4><a href="https://dribbble.com/Uddiptaborah1">4. Uddipta Borah</a></h4>
Last but not the least — a beautiful design of the music app. I love music and I love 2 shades colour palettes 👌

The contrast and the space are the key elements why do I love these layouts. Uddipta uses dark icons and texts over the white background. Also, the colour elements help to outstand even more. The grid is clear, everything is well organised and the hierarchy is good.
