Design is happening everywhere. Design decision is made all the time.We decide, we observe, we think, and we try what the best for our situation is.

<blockquote>We choose our clothes base on the weather, our mood, our style, the event and the comfort of the overall outcome. We make decisions and this decision, we believe is the best for our status and these decisions are made by experiences and years of dressing ourselves.</blockquote>

We design copies, because, we care for our audience and tailor the content to match their needs.
We design graphics, because, we do explore opportunities to expose the information in other forms.
We are all designers, and we all care about our stakeholders. If there are enough time, effort and care given in, we will have the skill to design for others as professional as for how we dress ourselves each day.
I want to share this view with everyone (designers and non-designers), because, everyone should care for their content not matter in what job nature you are. If there is only one person out of 15 people who care, there is only 1/15 of good in a whole product. Teamwork is important, and it should not be devoted to just one designer.
